Sending Back items:
• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, the items will be returned to you.
• Swimsuits must have the lining still attached.
• We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received in our warehouse.

Please note: We cannot process returns without purchase/order information. If you do not have the invoice please put the product in a bag with a note with your order number and name.
 


Processing Time For Returns:
• Please allow for 3-7 business days for processing once received in our warehouse.
• Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know it has been done. Due to our high volume, we do not notify customers when we receive their return package in our warehouse. Only when they have been processed. This is why we recommend to hang onto your tracking number so you know it has arrived!

**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.

**Tarah Sutton is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service.  If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
